Who's phone was ringing?
Investigation.
Mayor Linda Ballantyne sat in her office at the end of the day and she had just wished her secretary goodnight as the phone was switched over to her office. She was busy with some ordinance updates when her phone rang and she picked up and placed the receiver against her ear and listened to a mechanical-sounding voice. "Mayor Ballantyne you have a big problem in your police department. There is an officer who has been accepting bribes and also selling her body. She has also ordered the release of numerous prostitutes while putting innocent people in her jail. I do not expect you to believe what I say so I have posted you a thumb drive with images and videos to back up my claim.". The line then went dead and Linda walked out of her office and looked at the door and saw on the floor a USB stick which she picked up. She went back to her desk and plugged the drive into her computer and the anti-virus software confirmed no virus was present. She hit the play button and the first video showed a shadowy figure breaking into a jewellery store as Linda watched she got the shock of her life when she saw the image of Chief Frost dressed in the black catsuit.
She watched on and saw the next video and this one showed Katherine on her knees sucking on her secretaries feet and the audio was interesting. "Please chief I do not think you should be doing this to my feet," said Isabella and Katherine replied."Either I lick your feet Isabella or fire you your choice." Linda did not know that the audio clip had been dubbed onto the original footage after the act. Then came the video of a naked female in a hotel or motel room again licking and sucking on a masked woman's feet while bound and hood. Then another shock as the bound woman managed to release herself and remove the hood and it was Chief Frost again. The evidence continued with the fake police operation where Katherine had claimed she was proud to be a hooker and the last piece of evidence was the video in the chief's office but this time under her secretaries desk with close up shots of her taking the nylon sheathed foot on her mouth. Finally, there were also copies of police files ordering the release of streetwalkers back onto the street all signed by Chief Frost. The evidence seemed conclusive but the mayor would have to be sure she was aware the chief had a twin sister.
