How to Fill Time Until Lunch?

Investigating the Building Layout

You leave the cafeteria and make your way back to the lobby, stiletto heels clicking rhythmically against the polished floor. With hours until your lunch date with Clara, exploring Harrington Global's public spaces seems like the perfect way to kill time—and perhaps find suitable locations for your remaining tasks.

The lobby bustles with late-morning activity. Sharply dressed executives hurry between meetings while assistants clutch tablets and coffee cups. You notice a digital directory near the reception desk and approach it, scanning for points of interest.

"Looking for something specific?" asks a tall man with kind eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. His badge identifies him as Gregory Bennett, Head of Client Relations.

"Just getting familiar with the building," you reply, your Irish lilt drawing his full attention.

Gregory's eyes flicker briefly to your visitor badge, then to your increasingly transparent blouse before settling respectfully on your face. "Ms. Harrington's guest, I presume? Clara mentioned you'd be visiting today."

Your eyebrows rise in surprise. "She did?"

"Our morning management briefing," he explains with a warm smile. "First time she's ever mentioned a personal visitor. Caused quite the stir." He gestures toward an elegant hallway off the main lobby. "Our art collection is quite impressive if you're interested. The third floor gallery is open to visitors."

You thank him and follow his suggestion, finding an elevator to the third floor. The gallery space surprises you—a serene corridor lined with contemporary paintings and sculptures. A plaque explains that Harrington Global commissions pieces from emerging artists, supporting the arts while cultivating an innovative corporate culture.

As you admire a particularly striking abstract canvas, your phone vibrates. A text from David: Building layout acquired. Meeting rooms on 15th floor have privacy blinds but glass walls. Best bet is northwest corner—least foot traffic.

You reply quickly: Thanks. Any ideas for final task?

His response comes moments later: Working on it. Need diversion on 15th floor around 2:30. Will handle it.

Relieved to have backup, you continue exploring. The third floor also houses a small botanical garden—an unexpected oasis of green amid corporate sterility. As you wander through ferns and flowering plants, you notice a secluded bench partially hidden by cascading vines.

"Beautiful, isn't it?"

You turn to find a woman in her late twenties with copper-rimmed glasses and a sleek ponytail. Her badge reads 'Sophia Chen, Sustainability Officer.'

"It's unexpected," you admit. "A garden inside a bank."

"Clara's initiative," Sophia explains, watering a nearby plant. "She convinced the board that green spaces improve productivity and wellbeing. Not many know about it—mostly used by employees needing a moment of peace." She studies you with undisguised curiosity. "You're with Clara today?"

"Yes," you confirm simply.

Sophia nods, a small smile playing on her lips. "She seems different lately. Happier." With that cryptic comment, she excuses herself and returns to tending the plants.

You check your watch—still plenty of time before lunch. You continue exploring, finding a small business center on the second floor and an impressive atrium connecting the fourth and fifth floors. Everywhere you go, you catch curious glances, whispered conversations that halt when you approach. Your presence is causing ripples throughout the building.

By 11:30, you've mapped most of the public areas and received three more texts from David with increasingly detailed intelligence about the building's layout. You decide to head back to the lobby to freshen up before your lunch date, increasingly aware of how your Office Tease outfit has become a spectacle in itself—the white blouse now nearly transparent under the building's lighting, the pencil skirt's hidden slit revealing flashes of thigh with each step.

You've become exactly what the outfit promised—an office tease. And you still have three more tasks to complete.
