You: Peter, these all sound like great investments, but to be honest I'd like to have money left over to pursue other projects or dreams. Which of these should I invest in if I'd like to keep a good chunk of money saved?
Peter: Definitely the properties and stocks then. Invest in both and you can still keep $5 million, how does that sound?
You: That sounds perfect. $5 million should be enough for me. Please start whatever processes are necessary with the properties.
Peter: I'll get right on it. Come back in two week and everything should be ready
