College Graduation
Can you make it through the final year of college?
I step onto campus for my final year and immediately feel swallowed by the energy of it all. Music drifts from an open fraternity house, students crowd the sidewalks with coffee and backpacks, and groups of sorority girls laugh together on the lawn as they head toward the next party or class. Cars roll slowly past with windows down, and everywhere I look, there’s movement, noise, and that unmistakable feeling that everyone is ready for another year.
I take a deep breath and let my eyes wander across the campus. The warm late-summer air, the smell of freshly cut grass, and the distant thump of music make everything feel almost unreal. One year, I tell myself. Just one more year. But standing there with an entire year of freedom ahead of me, I can already feel the temptation waiting around every corner.
