An Unlikely Relationship
Well they do say opposites attract
Trevor had been at Connecticut for a week now. He was a freshman but had already turned 19. He was 5ft10, had short black hair. Big thick rimmed glasses and always carried the same Battlebots backpack.
He loved Battlebots. It was his favourite show. He'd watched it at least 50 times in his life. And that was all series. Classic and reboot. He still had all of the toys. He used to play with them. Now they were more of a collectors item and were in his room proudly displayed. Toro was his favourite. He kept that toy on his desk. Occassionally for fun he'd put a pencil on the flipper and watch it flip when he was feeling nostalgic.
Thankfully no one had really picked on him yet which was goid. A jock named Warren kept calling him Robot Boy but if thats's all he'd take that. He'd chosen an out of state school to stay away from everyone from his school. It had worked... well Trevor thought it had.
His last class on friday. He sat down ready for a lecture when he heard something behind him. "HOLY SHIT TREVOR? Don't hide i recognise the backpack." You turn around and see Olivia. Olivia was in all ways the complete opposite to you. A woman, extroverted, popular, talkative, brightly dressed, friendly to everyone and just genrally really cool. A big difference as well was skin complection. She was black. Her parents were both from Senegal. She didn't have the accent but she did get their dark skin. Which looked even darker compared to Trevor's skin which could easily be described as 'Ghost White'.
Olivia was beautiful as well. About 5ft6 she had long legs topped by a perky ass that wasn't huge but had some jiggle to it. Her boobs were large C cup size. Not as big as some of the double D's he'd seen around campus but certainly big enough to enjoy. She had brown eyes and an amazing smile. The thing Trevor loved most was her hair. Mainly the fact that she kind of didn't have any. She kept it very short because she loved wearing wigs. She had so many. She was wearing a bright ginger one today. It was Trevor's favourite one of hers.
Trevor awkwardly waved and and Olivia handed him a slip of paper and smiled. Trevor opened the paper and read it
'I know you aren't a big chatter but wanted to say Hi. Nice to see a familiar face. :)'
Trevor turned round and smiled awkwardly back and Olivia grinned at him. Then the professor walked in. "Hello i am Professor Hughes." He said writing his name on the board. "I will be teaching you Engineering 101. I like to do ice breakers as an introduction. So i want everyone here to say their name and one thing they enjoy.
Trevor was terrified. He hated public speaking. His leg started to shake nervously as the rest of the class said their names and interests.
"Ok you with the glasses. What's your name?" Professor Hughes said pointing at Trevor. He got up trembling. "Ummm uh my name is uhh Trevor." He said stumbling. A couple of students laughed. "Come on speak normally dipshit." Warren laughed causing the room to laugh. Trevor was ready to sit down when he heard a chair scrape behind him.
"WARREN. SHUT THE FUCK UP." Olivia yelled silencing the room. Warren was about to clap back but looking at the anger in Olivia's eyes he decided better of it. Trevor looked back and Olivia smiled at him. "I'm uh Trevor and I like Battlebots." He said with more confidence. Professor Hughes smiled and moved on much to the relief of Trevor. He felt a tap on his back. It was Olivia handing him another piece of paper.
'What series are you on? :)'. Trevor flipped it over and wrote on the back and handed it to Olivia.
'Restarting from series 1 tonight. :)'. Olivia blushed.
*in Olivia's head - 'Aww he actually conversed with me. Thats cute'
The day had finished and Trevor sat down ready to binge series 1 of Battlebots on his own. He'd order a pizza in an hour or so. Pepperoni which he loved and a side of Wings. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. 'Must be housing or something.' He thinks opening the door.
