Retcon: This quirk works similarly to New World Order. Essentially the user can think or say out loud the desired change, which effects the world around them. For example, if the user says; “You were never a pro hero, instead you’re my loyal villain sidekick!” Everyone will believe that that person (including the target) is in fact a villain’s sidekick and always has!

A powerful quirk indeed!
