It's a story about a world where women is just men's property. Daugthers are property of their father and brothers, wives are property of their husbands. Women will be collared since birth. They must be leashed when they walk outside. They're only allowed minimal clothing at all times. Their nipples must always be erect. If not any men can correct them by pinching and twisting.
