Magical Multiverse Traveler

My name is Henry. I'm your average, ordinary college freshman.

Well, at least, I was. You see, a few days ago, I found a strange app on my phone, and when I opened it, I was brought here.

Where is here? I don't know for sure. As far as I can tell, the city is empty, and I don't seem to need food or water to survive anymore.

But what's even stranger? On the app, I have the ability to go to different universes. Each one has a different number, and they all seem to be fictional in some way.

Take Universe 9191, for example, which is where the Naruto characters reside.

Or Universe 475, the universe of My Hero Academia.

Or...well, you get the picture. Point is, I can travel to any of these universes, and it seems like the universe itself makes changes to make it seem like I belong there.

Take, for example, me walking around in Universe 3445, the Mean Girls universe (the original one, not the crappy reboot). I was just treated like a normal student. Or the aforementioned Naruto universe, where I was treated as a part of Naruto's ninja squad. But that wasn't all.

See, the app, once I arrive in a universe, has a second purpose. Well, two.

The first is the ability to freeze time. I freeze the entire world, and can take any items I want with no repercussions. The items are also weightless when time is frozen, so that's a nice plus.

And the second is mind control. Any woman within about a twenty foot radius would fall into a mindless trance and obey my every order, no matter what it was. Hell, I remember in one of the universes I told a family to fuck each other. That was fun...

The caviate to these abilities seemed to be that I couldn't use both powers at once. So I couldn't have time frozen and then try to hypnotize someone, the hypnosis would cancel out the time freeze. But that was a small price to pay.

Basically, the multiverse was at my disposal, and whatever god (or goddess, preferably) that gave me this power clearly wanted me to stick around, since I could get to every universe but the one I came from...

Let me tell you the story of how I used my new powers to have fun with a ton of multiversal hotties.
