OSL (Oriental Sex League)- This is one of the three leagues that is not associated with SWF and is considered a rival. Coming off a war called Blood and Cum between the Triad and the Yakuzza, the mysterious Yakuzza leader, Tifa, created this league as a way to prevent another war by having wrestlers in the two gangs and those that are independent from them to blow off steam in a safe environment as well as make money for both Triad and Yakuzza. While the league is new, sex wrestling is very old with them. Some has speculated that sex wrestling may have started hundreds of years ago in the Pacific region before it ever came to America or Europe. This league is steep in tradition and in respect along with various kinks that the west audience may not share. They are based in Tokyo, Japan and air new episodes every Thursday.

USC (Ultimate Submission Combat)- This is the European League created by Tanya Mcvan's mother, Megan Megan. They are a female only wrestling league who are completely different then other leagues as they are more MMA style then pro wrestling style. They also differ as they travel around Europe and never stay in one place. This is the place to go to be highly respected sex fighter as they hold no punches. They post up new content whenever a fight pops up, usually every week.

LSF ( Lucha Sex Federation)- This is the smallest and youngest of the leagues but its probably one of the exciting ones yet! Based in Mexico City, Mexico and founded by Isabella Luv, the LSF is where people who want to watch luchadores and luchadoras fly in the air as well fuck in **** ways. This league was created to show the age old wrestling style of Lucha Libra with it's high flying skills and its age old tradition of wearing masks to new audiences who might've overlooked the sport because of the shadow of the other leagues.
