The One With The Reality Control Program

Some years ago, a single person with knowledge, prowess, and just the right amount of morals, wrote the ultimate program: the Reality Control Program. With it, they can change the world; people can be altered to their liking, anything from money to buildings can be materialized from nothing, the whole of reality is at their mercy.

Thankfully, they're not some megalomaniac bent on world domination. Many might be tempted to the point of madness by this program, but for whatever reason our protagonist has so such issues. They might not want to make the world a frolicking wonderland that's fantastic for everyone, but at least they're just interested in having some fun.

They go about their daily business much the same as anyone else does, trying to figure out how they're going to pass the time today. With no job (they don't need one), and no responsibilities (they don't want any), they're free to do as they wish.
