Introduction 2

You awake finally to find yourself laying on your back in the impact crater, what remains of your ship burning nor far away. You taste the stale air of the asteroid's cheap atmospheric generators as it seeps in through a gaping hole in your helmet visor and feel blood trickling down your face from what will hopefully become a pretty fetching scar. Overall this isn't the worst situation you've woken up in.

You hear heavy footsteps approaching and try to pull yourself to your feet, nothing seems to be broken but you get the feeling that you'll be covered in bruises for some time. Turning to face the presumed direction of the footfalls you see a tall dark figure wearing military grade power-armour and pointing a plasma carbine in your direction.

“Are you alone?” a metallic voice calls out from the stoic figure in front of you.

Not overly sure what the wisest response would be in this situation, you answer “yes, I am the only crew member of this vessel”.

“You must come with me” the voice commands “this area will soon be vented of oxygen to put out this fire and you must be inside by then”.

Nodding in agreement you follow after your mysterious guide, their news of imminent oxygen venting giving you a surprising burst of speed.
