"What did you do, Doom? WHAT DID YOU DO?!" Reed Richards yelled at his arch nemesis, Victor von Doom as reality began to fall apart around them. "You knew the Ultimate Nullifier wasn't meant to be used this way!"

"I did what was best for our universe, Richards," Victor replied. "You've not seen what I have. Without my intervention, this universe would have died a slow, lingering ****. Not only have I granted it a swift end, I will remake it in my image -- what is happening?! No! This is not possible..."

Doom's body suddenly became insubstantial, and Reed could see him beginning to fade away. As he stared, he realized he didn't have much time himself... and neither did his teammates.

"Sue! Ben! Johnny! Get to the Fantasticar! I've outfitted it with a multiversal transporter... we need to escape this universe, now!" Reed yelled. "There's no time to lose!"

"No, Richards... I will not allow you to escape. If I must fade away with this universe, I will bring you with me. I will not let you triumph!" Doom screamed, as his eyes began to glow. He fired a pair of energy blasts from his palms, striking Reed, Ben & Johnny and narrowly missing Sue. The energy manifested into some kind of restraints, leaving them immobilized on their feet before fully fading from existence.

"Reed!" Sue yelled. "Ben, Johnny... I'll get us out of here!"

Sue used her telekinetic powers to create forcefields within the energy restraints, attempting to disrupt them, but she wasn't quite able to break them.

"Sue... get out of here," Reed said to his wife. "You're not going to be able to break the restraints in time."

"No! I won't... I'm not leaving you!" Sue protested, her voice breaking.

"Stretch is right, Susie. We might be done here, but you can still do a lotta good wherever you end up," Ben agreed, tears in his eyes. "You were always the best of us, so get going!"

"Ben... I can't..." Sue sobbed. "I can't abandon you guys..."

"You're not abandoning us!" Johnny yelled, his cocky demeanor gone. "We need you to live, Sue. You need to survive. You need to be the Fantastic Four. I'm telling you to go carry on our legacy!"

Sue choked back tears, looking at each of her teammates and her husband. "Reed..."

Reed nodded. "Susan... I love you. Our time together... I can't imagine being happier. But we're not the only ones who need you. You have to go. You have to live. Please."

"I love you too, Reed," Sue whispered. "I always will..." she then turned to her teammates. "I love all of you."

"We love ya too, Susie," Ben said "And I know yer gonna make us proud, whatever happens to ya."

"Yeah, what he said. I couldn't have asked for a better sister," Johnny said. "Now get the hell out of here!"

"I will. I promise. I'm so sorry..." Sue choked back, as she **** herself to turn away from her family and run towards the Fantasticar, tears streaming down her face. "I'll live. For all of you..."

Somewhere above Earth

It had been a harrowing escape from her home universe. the Fantasticar had taken some hits during the escape, and she didn't quite have the time to make the proper calibrations to the transporter, so she ended up unsure what universe she'd ended up in. She looked over at the readings, and her eyes widened; not only was she not in her universe anymore, she'd somehow ended up outside her own multiverse. Sue knew the chances of a dimensional jump beyond her multiverse were infinitesimally low... and she also knew there was an equally low chance of ever making it back.

Where had she ended up?
