Leah waited for the door to slam shut. Then he waited another minute before crawling out from beneath Mr. Howard's desk and quickly exited. Leah looked around as she exited the principal's office and headed through the front office area past Amber who gave her a look of confusion.

"I didn't know you were meeting in there with the Supe? I could have sworn I didn't see you." Amber said looking at Leah skeptically.
