Intermission

At first, Jim thought the movie had gone on forever and the plot somehow took a different, yet interested, path. However, he soon realized that it wasn’t the case as he was jolted awake from his apparent dream. He noticed that the credits were rolling and became embarrassed, thinking he slept through half the movie while on a date. That is until he looked over at his date, who wasn’t in her bean bag, but had shifted to almost laying on top of him. It’d seem Marie had fallen asleep as well. Her head laid on top of his chest while she sucked on her thumb for comfort. The site both melted Jim’s heart as well as excited him. He then saw that there was a fifteen-minute intermission before the next movie of the night played, which he was relieved by as when he shifted in his seat, he could feel that his diaper had gotten warmer and messier since they were there.

Figuring she too needed a change; Jim gently shook Marie trying to wake her. With a small groan, her sleepy eyes began to open, her curly hair becoming frizzled after being on top of Jim's sweater, and a small bit of drool rolled out her mouth as she removed her thumb and yawned.

Jim chuckled a bit. "Morning sleepy head," he teased, "how was your nap?"

Marie took a minute to figure out what was going on. And then soon, it came back to her. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't know I was asleep." She said as her face turned red.

Jim chuckled some more. "It's ok. I was asleep too." The reassurance had calm her down a bit, though it was about this time she'd realized how full her own diaper was. "Should we get changed before the next movie starts?" Jim asked. Marie just nodded.

Hand in hand, Jim and Marie waddled out of the auditorium and into the lobby, thankful that neither of them were leaking, yet. They then entered the changing room, which were originally the male and female bathrooms but were merged into one and the stalls removed for extra space for changing tables. As they entered, apparently every other patron had the same idea as there was a line for the next available table. Even though the line wasn't too long, the need to suddenly go had come at the most inconvenient time for the couple as they started doing the "potty dance". While Jim had some potty training and could hold it, he didn't know if Marie could, not to mention neither of them knew if their own diapers could hold anymore before having an embarrassing accident. There was also an unmanned table, not being used for in case a parent or guardian to change their little.

Jim had to make a decision: Either try and hold it until the next changing table opened, risk it and just let it go, or try and change Marie and himself.
