Interesting equipment

You look around. It looks like a storage for BDSM equipment. There is a stockade, multiple cages, benches with restraints, and generally all kind of restraints, cuffs, some kind of plastic...cage.

"What is it?" you ask pointing at it.

"Water tank" he walks to you "you put hand legs and there, fill it in water and then the person inside will be underwater."

"What is it?" you ask him. It's a first relatively normal conversation you have with him since all the shit with Jack begun. And you have it in a secret room in your basement "this place? Did you have a secret sex slave?" it's possible. Seems unthinkable, but two weeks ago you wouldn't believe that he could hurt you.

"No. Your mother was pretty kinky back in the day."

"Wait, you and mom..." you can't imagine such sophisticated woman as your mom in a cage, or being drown and liking it.

"Yeah we had fun. But when your brother was born she became disinterested. We kept this stuff as a memento, one of us cleans it every week. I was sometimes buying new stuff there, hoping that it would ignite an old flame. It didn't work. But now maybe I can use this equipment again."

"On me" you say.

"Yes" he confirms "and I'm gonna hurt you, Emily. You already know that I have sadistic tendencies. You'll probably feel much more pain than with Jack. On the other hand I won't do you lasting harm with your brother it is...not guaranteed."

"Jack will be angry" you say.

"I will deal with your brother and you'll get the note you want" your father assures you "but I expect few things from you, Emily. First is absolute obedience. There will be no safe word, you'll be completely in my power. I know it is against so called protocol, but it is non-negotiable, even if you feel that I'm gonna kill you. I'm not gonna do it, but you can't know that. There is no option to opt-out if you accept."

"What if I am sick?" you ask.

"Medical emergency is the only exception. But it has to be really serious or I could get angry."

"I understand" you don't want to anger him "and other conditions?"

"You don't say anything to your mother. And I'm serious. You don't want to learn consequences, for both of you. And it's a long time arrangement. If I want you to cancel date for this, you do it. If you have to give up on a night with friends, you do it. But not slacking off in school, you have to work out a schedule" thankfully school year is ending soon. "I understand that you can go to college far away and I accept that. But you will visit your parents pretty often. And if you want to work during holidays you will do it close to home, unless you get an amazing opportunity. And I want this arrangement to last at least five years."

Five years... Fuck...that's a crazy long time. Without normal college life and normal relationship. But it's the best option you have.

"I have my own conditions" you say knowing that you are taking the risk.

"Name them" he says, but he obviously doesn't like it.

"One: I can tease you in home if mom won't realize it."

"Okay, but it could lead to more severe punishment" you expected that he would say something like this.

"Second: if I find the nice-looking trustworthy girl that would agree to....loosen my burden, you'll accept it."

He thinks for a moment "all right. But you still will visit here from time to time."

"I agree" you say happy that he accepted your conditions. More or less.

"Let's make it formal" he says.
