You inspected Lizzy earlier, and of those accessible to you at the moment, her titties aren't really the most exciting, but this is checking the box, right? Besides, you wonder how she'll react to being inspected at your command, instead of on the whims of Alexandra.

She's still 'B or smaller' though. So your earlier Inspection Log is still valid, right? You're starting to realize you really ought to Scan everyone you're going to Inspect before doing so. Briefly, and eagerly, you consider whether this constitutes something worthy of reporting, but you decide it doesn't; she hasn't Obstructed your duty in any way. From the scans you've run, none of the ladies in this room have anything akin to a Truth Seeker Social Job. So she gets away with it for now. You watch her walk over from the counter she's been leaning against by Felicity and Alexandra. You just barely catch her glaring daggers at Alexandra for a half-second before she turns to face you with her more familiar beckoning smile. These chicks are up to something.

You're about to pinch Lizzy's nipples, and fill out the cursory Inspection Log, but then you remember, that's what you did last time. You gave her straight 10s just to get through it. What happens if you Inspect someone twice, and submit different results each time? Why wouldn't you though? Even the scales have changed since the last time! It's going to be 'Brief', but you read fast, so you pull up the Inspection Log Form while she continues to hold her shirt and bra up above her little tits:

You glance up from your Scanner at the waiting young woman, at her tits. You squeeze and cup them casually, thinking they are truly nicely shaped, and pleasantly firm, so good scores there. They jiggle decently, you give it a 6. Is it possible for an A/B cup to get a 10 in jiggle? This rubric was never explained at all. If you could have, before you noticed she obviously has some ulterior motive for her flirtations, you might have given her the 11, but knowing what you know now, you give an 8 for compliance this time. And then there's size. You're so tempted to mark a 0 and see what happens, but you simply mention her false B claim in the comments, giving her a 2 in size instead.

For the last 8 seconds of this Brief Inspection, you simply pick a nipple and pinch, but this time you curl your knuckles up and make sure your fingernails are getting involved. It's a subtle addition, and it's not endangering her, but her moan turns into a shriek this way, and she writhes a bit at the end, so it's a decent way to close out an otherwise dull Inspection. You shoo her back to her spot at the counter and survey the room, submitting the Log.
