Ingrid

You have to find Ingrid. She's not just your girlfriend, she is the love of your life... when she went back home to Sweden at the end of the pilot season, it was the worst. You had plans to see each other, but things kept getting in the way.

The party at Annette's house is awesome. Everyone is there, and the house is beautifully decorated. The air is thick with the smell of peppermint and sweet wine. There's lots of food, and an open bar... all your friends are there.

Ingrid is with Angela, eating cookies and drinking eggnog. Ingrid lights up at the sight of you. She wears a red overall dress that reveals her beautiful legs over a thick, white sweater. Her golden hair is loose... it's beautiful to see her this way.

She drops her cookie and comes to you, taking your hands and blushing. You wrap your arms around her and kiss her, but you keep it short... Ingrid is so much less shy than she used to be, but she still would not be comfortable making out in the middle of party.

Angela smiles at you, and then politely goes to talk to someone else.

You and Ingrid get drinks and find a quiet corner to sit down. You have no interest in talking to anyone else at this party. There is only Ingrid. You talk on the phone must days, so you don't have much catching up to do... but Ingrid has learned some rumors about Season 2 that she shares with you excitedly. She will be in America for a week, but tomorrow she has to do business stuff with the league and her agent... so she won't be able to meet up with you for a few days.

She tells you about how her parents want to meet you, and you would love to go to Sweden... but you have to get Michelle to allow it before you can.

You watch the other girls... Ela, Lena, and Olga. Adella and Riona. Viti and Tina are looking very cozy together. Even Lara showed up, and she's over there trying to get Olivia drunk. It's the part of the party where people are starting to break off into their couples and cliques. A lot of the girls are pretty drunk.

You and Ingrid slip out and walk back toward camp. Instead of hotels, FUTA is putting up most of you in the private cabins that the coaches used during the season. As you walk along the path, hand in hand with Ingrid, you both look at the snow-covered fields, goals, locker rooms, and buildings. So much happened during the pilot season. You and Ingrid reminisce about the very beginning, when she was so nervous all the time, and embarrassed.

It was a hard summer and fall. You had to make so many difficult choices as a team captain, but it was fun too.

There are Christmas lights on all the cabins, and decorations. It's like the north pole. Shivering, you and Ingrid go into your cabin... only to find it freezing. You check the heat, which is turned on... it's broken!

Ingrid seems less bothered by the cold than you are... maybe it's because she comes from a chilly country.

You are about to say that you know a way to warm up, but Ingrid disappears into the bathroom and closes the door. Well... your sexy momentum is gone, but you are glad to be able to see her. It will be really fun to spend some time with her in a few days. You can show her some of America... she did not get to see much during the season.

Ingrid comes out of the bathroom, blushing the exact same shade of red as the crimson lingerie she is wearing... and a set of fuzzy reindeer antlers.
