"Please let me finish my sentence before you start speaking. It's very rude to cut your senior's words." She stated with a chuckle of amusement as she asked. "Haven't your parents told you to respect your elders?" Vargus shrink back in embarrassment as the chubby gator calmed down and apologized. With that, the soothsayer resumed speaking.

"There's been various disease outbreaks in the past. Flu, smallpox, yellow fever, tuberculosis, and they have been troubling, even occasionally lethal." she stated, staring into the bowl as you do, though not finding any particular shapes and positions meaning anything.

"What does lethal mean?" Kate asked, not hearing that word before.

"It's not good Kate. Very not good." Rachael answered, wanting to keep her from hearing more on it.

"But now, this pandemic not only makes those infected lose their sense of control and normalcy, but to pursue carnivorous and... perverse desires... in such a way that borderlines maniacal... It's still baffling when I think back nearly a century ago when I first had those visions..."

As you listen to her words, your ears twitched at the near end when she stated, but you decided to wait until she finished as she adds a powder and smoke starts to float upwards once again.

Felicity states as the cloud takes a form of a brain with some parts of it darkening and leaving only a few parts of it remaining.

As you stare at the smoke and listen to her words, you start to get the idea of what is going on. As you turn your vision to Felicity, the Ninetales nods her head.

"Rai... This infection targets the victim's brain and not just the body by neutralizing the parts that regulate their long-term memories, their control, their speech, and enhances their brain's desire and impulses."

How has this spread so far despite it only taken place after a few months? Even I don't know the answer to that. I do feel like I've heard about this before, but I still need to think back at the past knowledge." She revealed a shelve of scrolls nearby and some had been opened.

"Wait, if you're blind, how are you able to read off of them?" Rachael asked confused.

"Well young one, it takes a bit of effort, but when I use my power on written objects, I can see the words pop into my mind. Took me awhile to learn how to use this when I was young. Needed others to read what was written on various things until then." Felicity stated. "I believe the answers will be revealed in one of them... but I would need some time, which I doubt you all want to wait for me to do so. But that will be for later... "Yeah, and your point is?" Felix stated, not understanding what she is setting up. She remained quiet for only a moment before moving her foggy white eyes if to stare at you.

"Do you believe this was how it was since the beginning of time?" Felicity asked getting a look of shock from everyone in the room.

"Wait, are you stating that we couldn't vo-" Vargus paused himself from finishing the sentence when he recalled that your sister was with them and listening in. "Do anything that everyone's doing in the past?" he stated, leaving the Pachirisu looking confused at all this.

"That so. There was always the implication that Arceus, the god that created our world, was the one that bless us with this capability. Of course, that would only make sense that mainly the predatory looking Pokémon was capable of such a feat. But now... We have creatures who would never be considered using a feat is doing so thanks to this viral infection." Felicity stated in a calm tone as she finished her speech with this. "The thing is... This wasn't Arceus's doing."

"What?" You asked confused at the words. "Arceus wasn't the one who passed this to the other Pokémon?"

The blind Ninetales shakes her head. "I looked back on all the history I have with me from all the other soothsayers before me, but with all the ones that collected all this info, none of them stated that how our god passed on this ability."

"But if Arceus wasn't the one who bequeathed this to all of us, then who did?" Neku asked staring in amazement.

"I don't know as of yet, but I'm sure I'll learn it in due time. Though I'm sure that you all can't stay here to wait for me to do so, I'll just meet you all back at the camp you came from to tell you."

Your gaze moved to the ground when she finished, thinking back at everything you went through just to get here. All of that hit your confidence to rock bottom, even thinking of quitting this while you can still can and head back. You were about to speak when she starts.

"I understand how moments you went through can effect you mentally. This pandemic is something no one should have to go through, especially from those so young." Felicity stated, making you do a double take towards her. "But let me remind you: How was you all able to beat my illusion?"

"Well..." You recalled that battle. It was a struggle, but you did managed to overcame the powerful obstacle, even if it wasn't actually real. "We been careful and we worked together."

"That's right. You all weren't reckless, and worked together. That's how you succeed." Felicity stated encouragingly. "Remember Rai, a small group can overwhelm even the most powerful foe."

You sit there for a moment, taking in all that you've heard from the information. Not only does this establish without a doubt that someone caused this outbreak, but that the ability of vore didn't originate from Arceus. Also the answer to how this spread rather quietly is another thing to think about. "Before we leave, I have a couple questions..."

Felicity's face has a curious look as she waits for you to ask them.

"When you were talking about the infection, and when you mentioned your first time getting them, you said it was nearly a century ago since you had them..." You pointed out and everyone in your group blinked a few times.

"Yeah, I do recall her saying that." Kate nodded looking confused.

"So then... how old are you?" you asked and the room was filled with silence before the Ninetales answered the question.

"I'm just a hundred and fifty years old." She answered in a casual tone.

"Huh... I see." You stated as your brain continues to download the information you've received and when you did... "WHHHHHHAAAAATTT?!" You couldn't keep yourself from exclaiming that and Felicity shushes you.

"Inside voices please? I don't want to bring any unwanted guest here."

"H-How can you answer that like it was nothing?!" Vargus stated, nearly yelling as well. "You're over a hundred years old?!"

"I don't know why you're all freaked out about it, it's still a young age for me." She stated.

That's young to her?! You'll be lucky if you can even reach 90 years old.

"Well it is known that Ninetales can live to over a thousand years. So what is young for you, is very old to us." Neku stated, coughing a bit to get everyone's attention back to the topic at hand.

"A-Anyway..." You stuttered, still not fully recovered after what she just heard. "The next thing..." You reached into your bag and shown Felicity the mega-stone that you have.
