In the middle of the street.

Your eyes open to a very strange site. You are surprised to find yourself lying in the middle of an empty street in a strange neighborhood, as it appears. The road streches off into the distance where it ends just at the edge of your site. Houses line each side of the road, each perfectly aligned to it's opposite. You decide it's best to move out of the road; but, as you attempt to lift yourself your knees give and you collapse back on to the ground. For the first time you relise how hungry you are. Maybe someone living here has food, and answers to why, and how, you're here.
