In a simple nightgown

The third girl comes out wearing not one of the outfits from the shop but a simple white nightdress that she obviously found in Candace's draws. It was the first girl he had talked to at the car.

"What are you supposed to be?" asked Dave.

"I saw what you did to my friends?" she said.

Dave looked at her. She looked like life had beaten her down and kicked her around for good measure. He could even see bruising on her shoulders from where a john had probably grabbed her too hard.
