Immediately After The Round

By the time Damien and Spencer reached the kitchen Spencer had recovered enough to walk while only using Damien to steady himself but was still stumbling most of the way.

“Sorry you had to help me to your bathroom,” Spencer said after he was able to walk, still a little delirious from the change.

“It’s not a problem, I know how painful the change feels and how draining and painful it is for just the ears and tail so I can only imagine how bad a full body change is,” Damien said trying to reassure Spencer.

“Think anyone will use the Daddy's Boy card on Kyle?” Spencer asked, knowing they were out of earshot of Kyle and trying to get the conversation away from the change, unsure how he should feel about it, since he didn’t pay much attention to his appearance.

“I don’t think I will, saying the activation words would be too embarrassing,” Damien answered before asking, “What about you?”

“I definitely won’t, too embarrassing for me as well,” Spencer responded without thinking too much on it, more focused on the soreness that seemed to permeate his body and the tightness of his clothes on his new body.

As Spencer answered Damien the two reached the bathroom.

“Logan keeps the fur shampoo and conditioner in the cabinet over there,” Damien said pointing to the cabinet above the sink through the open door, making sure that Spencer saw.

“Before you go, could you help me take my shoes off? I think I might fall if I try to do it myself,” Spencer asked Damien.

“Sure, just lean against the wall,” Damien said as he squatted down to be able to reach Spencer’s shoes using his tail to help him keep his balance.

Spencer obediently leaned against the wall still weak from the change as Damien helped Spencer remove not only his leather shoes but also his socks choosing not to say anything about the change in Spencer’s feet and new claw like nails that put a few holes in his socks.

“Thank you for helping me,” Spencer said after Damien stood up.

“No problem, if there is anything else you need just ask,” Damien said after Spencer thanked him.

“Would you mind if I borrow a change of clothes at least until I get home?” Spencer asked embarrassedly while he stumbled into the bathroom and started to close the door using it to support himself.

“Not at all, if you put your dirty clothes outside the door, I’ll put them in the washing machine. I’ll leave the change outside the door,” Damien said as the bathroom door closed.

“Thanks again,” Spencer said on the other side of the now closed door.

Damien quietly walked back to the living room, passing Kyle as he left, and talked to Logan about Spencer with the two agreeing to have Spencer to stay for the night and to get a change of clothes that Spencer could wear.
