Ignore her

You act oblivious to Eileen's provocative behavior, sitting back in your chair and tenting your fingertips.

"I've tried discipline with Meghan and it's had some effect, but not nearly enough. I'm not sure that she'll be able to meet expectations by Friday. I'm sorry Mrs. Cassidy, but that's the reality."

She looks annoyed, but still strokes her knee, leaning towards you, showing a bit of cleavage. "Meghan doesn't respond well to discipline, none of the women in our family do. Kind words are always more effective with us."

"As I see it, she's had too many kind words and not enough discipline. She's made more progress in three days of my discipline than in all the time she's had kind words."

"Well, what kind of discipline are you talking about John?" she asks uncertainly.

"Some spanking, to start with," you say, watching the sudden spread of shock on the woman's features.

"You spanked...my daughter? You spanked Meghan?" she asks with horror in her voice.

"More than once. Seems to have done her a world of good."

"You're in so much trouble. You'll be fired, at least once Daddy knows. You can't spank people..."

You cut her off. "Your father knows. Save your threats, or try to carry them out. I couldn't care less which. Now if you don't have anything more to say, or more of your body to show me, I need to get back to work."
