The more extravagant sets have more in them then just a necklace and earrings though.

You can see diamond studded body harnesses and chains - although you suspect those are just Swarovsky's, and not the real ones, or even queen wouldn't be able to afford it!.

There's of course whole section for body piercing jewellery, although so far you have never gotten one. Seems some of them do not require piercing, and instead rely on clamps (that can be painful), or loops to attach to nipples and other parts of the body.

Others certainly do require piercings, like seven piece set of identical crystal pendants. Pair for your ears, pair for your nipples, one for the neck, one for the belly, and one for the clitoris hood.
