This is obviously a false alarm, one that you refuse to waste time on when you could send your capes someplace they’re ACTUALLY needed.
Odds are this is either some prank call, or the waitress thought she saw someone who KIND OF looks like someone she saw on the news once.
It would later turn out your hunch was correct, you receive no additional calls regarding this person, presumably they walked out the door and vanished into thin air.
