Icaru

“Well, well, well. It seems like I’ve found some interesting individuals. All of them have such unique and powerful auras. Who should I pick?”

The mysterious figure then focuses on Icaru’s aura, sensing pureness to it.

“Wait a minute, the albino has a strangely pure aura. His desires are pure, and his feelings towards this are strong. Maybe I should give her a visit tonight.

Luckily, this mysterious being didn’t have to go far, as this was his house. Once it sees Icaru in bed, it takes its opportunity to act. The being passes through the walls and windows, going straight into the bedroom. With a single touch of Icaru’s forehead, the being enters the realm of his dreams.

Icaru woke up shortly after entering his bed, as he didn’t feel good. When getting up from his bed, he realized that he didn’t wake up where he slept. The place that he woke up in was very similar to his room, but everything was white and bright blue, and there were no doors or windows. Icaru found this strange, but he’s able to keep calm.

“I’m guessing that this is one of my dreams. Why does this place look like my room though?”

“You’re still in your room.”

“Oh, so I’m not alone.”

“Cease your worries child. You are safe in your realm of dreams. It’s rather peaceful in here.”

“That’s how I try to keep things. If you are comfortable in this place, please, reveal yourself.”

As soon as he finished his sentence, a bright light came from the floor. When the light disappears, a new figure emerges from it. Icaru took one look at it, and his heart skipped a beat. This mysterious person was female and in Icaru’s eyes, a beautiful female. A real-life Disney princess. He admired her smooth, pale skin. He loved her long, white hair. He felt safe looking into her golden eyes. She had massive breasts and a very large butt to compliment her already beautiful figure. He knew that he was looking at a goddess.

“Wow. I knew this when I first saw you, but you are just so adorable.”

“Thank you. You’re very beautiful, though I guess that not surprising for a goddess.”

“You know what I am?”

“This sequence that I’m going through right now, it can only be done by someone of great power. It’s clear that you have the power to see into my mind, and my heart.”

“Oh my, you’re quite the charmer. You’re making my heart just melt.”

“If it’s okay to ask, can you tell me your name?”

“My name?” She laughs in response. “I go by many names. I have been called various things in my lifetime, but you Icaru, you may refer to me as Esmeralda.”

“You know my name.”

“Yes I do, my child. I saw you earlier with a group of friends. All of you had very interesting auras. Yours especially caught my attention. It was so calm and pure. I have never felt that before. You also seem to seek comfort, and to give that comfort to others.”

“Yes, that’s right. I want to feel love. I want to smile, knowing that if all else fails, I will always have someone who will love me. I also want others to feel the same. That is my true desire.”

Esmeralda floats over to Icaru and wraps him in a warm embrace.

“Straight to the point. Your pure love is truly inspiring. To comfort others and find comfort for yourself. That’s a beautiful desire. I can fulfill that desire.”

“How can you do it?”

“As you mentioned, I am a goddess, giving you a chance to fulfill your deepest desire. Here’s the deal. I’m going to give you the power to change yourself and anyone else around you. This applies to the mind and body. After you gain these powers, you will go back to bed and wake up in the real world. Before I do that though, there are three things that you need to understand.”

“Of course. I’ll do anything you’ll request.”

“Seeing how lovely you are, this should be easy. Let’s do this. First, you need to understand how these powers work. Whenever you want to make a change, you need to think about your chance, focus your energy on it, and shortly it will happen. These powers won’t be very strong at first, as I don’t want to overwhelm you, or have you do something too ****. As time passes though, you will quickly gain lots of power. Is that easy enough to understand?”

“I understand, Lady Esmeralda.”

“Next, we will need something to store this power in. Putting all of that pure magic into your human body isn’t good for you, as eventually, your magic will become too much for your physical being to handle. Look around your room. Choose an inanimate object to contain your powers. Choose wisely.”

Icaru didn’t need to think about it. To him, the answer is obvious. He opened a drawer near his bed and pulled out a small box. Inside said box was a silver ring with amethyst as the gemstone. He grabbed the ring and presented it to Esmeralda.

“That’s a beautiful ring. If I may ask, why did you choose this?”

“This ring was given to me by my first true friend in eighth grade. We were hoping to go to high school together, but life had other plans. We purchased two rings: an amethyst ring and a rose quartz ring. Purple is my color, and pink was hers. The ring is a reminder of our friendship, and our hopes to see each other again. It’s only right.”

“Your soul is bound for a peaceful afterlife. The last thing is very important. If your source of magic is destroyed, the magic will be lost. Protect that ring at all costs. With that being said, rest my child. When you rise, your ring will be the gateway to your desires. You will find the comfort you seek. You will find your true love. Farewell for now.”

“I hope to see you again soon, Esmeralda.”

Icaru heads towards the bed, quickly falling fast asleep. His face is calm, finally feeling hope for his future in the game of love.
