Nina volunteers "I've always talked about wanting to help out in a way that will change the world for the better, and the rock apple didn't come out rotten, so the machine can handle life. And I am willing to change to become a source of food for countless people." Nancy nodded observing the same as her eyes flicked over to the sight of the rock colored apple, as Nina took a deep breath and sighed preparing herself in case for some reason the worst happened. She put the machine on her back, the machine that would change the future, the machine that will change Nina forever, she could only hope that Nina was right to do this, that their wasn't a better way they weren't seeing, that this wasn't the beginning of the path to hell. Paved with good intentions and all that, that's what her religious parents always told her, and that always scared her, but she trust Nina, she trusted that "God"...Yahweh...had plans for her, good plans I hope...She thought as she confirmed that she was ready and Nina stuck her hand into the chute. She maintained her smile, even after gasping, wanting to reassure her friend that everything was okay and that she was fine.

And it wasn't even a lie, she didn't feel like she was in pain or strange or something like that. She felt her fingers pop off as if only pieces of a mannequin, then her hand, then her arm up to the place where it would connect to her collar bone did to. She marveled at how she somehow was being treated like a doll or a mannequin, her body preserved as each part was taken, seemingly the progress sped up. Her entire other arm popped off and made its way inside of the machine's chute, she went to sit on the large counter with help from Nancy, next her clothes ripped apart and got sucked in and Nancy blushed as she covered her eyes. Meanwhile Nina could only continue watching on as her foot within its shoe floated over and into the chute, her leg went next as the sound of a stuffed vacuum could be briefly heard as if it had to get used to taking in things. Next her other entire leg went in without issue, then she felt herself go into a peaceful sleep and sighed happily, her torso with its rather flat chest and backside floated up and sat atop the chute with neck and head attached. Finally the noise was made again, as Nancy craned her head to look around and saw her suck in despite completely plugging up the hole, the last she saw of her fellow Soup Kitchen worker disappeared into the machine, the last thing she spotted was her hair slipped inside.

Nancy followed what Nina did and was able to figure out how the screen looked as "Object 1" appeared at the top left of the screen, the list of traits were...well...quite numerous. "Humanoid", "Primate", "Female", "Adolescent", then was a barage of orange bubbles "Selfless", "Physically Intelligent", "Emotionally intelligent", "Contains a soul", "Sentient", "Hopeful", "Deterministic", "Dedicated", "Devoted", among others. Yep, that was Nina alright...she looked at the several different meals brought in and the ones she remembered from the pantry and in the fridge. So so so so so much to choose from it was actually kinda flooring...Pablo had brought in some nachos last night, their was a Frosting covered birthday vanilla cake in a glass pan that their were leftovers of from desert last night. She remembered the bowl of ice cream in the fridge, She remembered the several sandwiches in the fridge from deli-meat to BLT to Grilled Cheese and of course the classic PB&J. And the pantry was of course fully stocked, so she sat their, pondering what food her friend would become made of for seemingly now on...
