I remind myself of the building guidelines

Please feel free to add characters to the story as long as there are apartments available for them. If enough people want to contribute, I’ll be happy to edit the opening and pretend the building had six floors (or more) all along. If you create a character or characters, please either include a picture or tell me who you want a picture of. Have fun writing!
