[This game gives a fully interactive experience, but for legal reasons there are a few prohibited actions. Undertaking such actions will result in your account(s) being banned and all involved characters reverting to NPC status.]

[These TOU are included for your benefit: knowing them will enhance your experience greatly.]

[First: No form of realistic **** will be permitted.
This includes, but is not nessecaraly limited to:
1: people genetically closer than fifth cousins being in sexual situations together.
2: people who are directly related by marriage other than husbands and wives being in sexual situations together.
3: people who are directly related by adoption being in sexual situations together.]

[Second: No form of **** or pseudo-**** will be permitted.
This includes, but is not nessecaraly limited to:
1: animals and PCs being in sexual situations together.
2: PCs who have assumed an animal form and any other PCs being in sexual situations together.
3: any kind of non-human creatures who cannot/will not give free, informed, verbal and/or written consent and PCs being in sexual situations together.]

[Third: No form of non-consenting sexual contact will be permitted.
This includes, but is not nessecaraly limited to:
1: ****: which is defined as initiating a sexual action/situation without the other parties free, informed, verbal and/or written consent.
2: Mind-Controling PCs or NPCs into being in sexual situations.
3: Refusal to immediately terminate a sexual situation and/or action upon the other parties statement that they are no longer desiring that action/situation.
4: Engaging in any kind of Sexual situations and/or actions twards/involving a Minor.
4A: Definition: humans and similar races less than 18 years of age.
4B: Children of other races have other cutoff dates: consult local law enforcement in their respective areas.]

[Fourth: No form of deliberate (non-consenting) violent action/imagery will be permitted by PCs among PCs and humanoid NPCs.
This includes, but is not nessecaraly limited to:
1: Attacking Humaniod PCs/NPCs by:
1A: Striking.
1B: Punching.
1C: Kicking.
1D: Biting.
1E: Cutting.
1F: Burning.
1G: Scratching.
1H: (Outside an a declared & acknowledged Duel/Feud/War...)
2: (Non-Consenting) BDSM.
3: Any other action that is intended to result in the injury or **** of another Humanoid outside a declared and accepted war/feud/duel.]

[Fifth: "Sexual Situations/Actions" include anything of a romantic/sexual nature.
This includes, but is not nessecaraly limited to:
1: Buying romantic/sexual gifts for someone.
2: Talking to someone outside of strictly platonic communication.
3: Kissing someone.
4: "Necking" with someone.
5: "Petting"/"Groping" someone.
6: Any form of Intercourse, including but not nessecaraly limited to:
6A: Anal.
6B: Oral.
6C: Vaginal.
6D: Digital.
6E: Mammary.
6F: Feet/Hands.
7: Dilberate exposure of another person to sexually suggestive and/or explicit images or text.]
