I Mean, Yeah Sure

"I mean, yeah. I guess sometime in the future I wouldn't mind having a smaller version of me in the future." Hunter did his best to play off her probing question. Her eyes lit up at his answer, and a giant smile appeared on her face. She barreled into him and gave him a surprisingly strong hug considering how much smaller she was compared to him. Quickly realizing she was hugging a stranger, she separated from him and fidgeted with her shirt.

"See! Thank you!!" She exclaimed while straightening her shirt still. "None of my girlfriends believed me, they said all boys care about are partying and drinking. None of them think about their life 10 years from now. I'm so happy I finally found a man who proved them wrong."

Hunter nervously laughed. "Haha well, I am happy I was able to prove that not all men are short sighted."

"Yeah, yeah, you really are different aren't you?" Hunter could feel Brooke staring into him, seeing how he would react. He could sense she was scheming something. Her eyes were darting all over him now. Evaluating him. He could feel her judging every characteristic of his physique. However before he could ask her what she was thinking Mike slid in-between them and grabbed Hunter by the shoulder.

"Yo Hunter, come with me my man. We gotta do some shots!" With one hand Mike started pushing him along, helping Hunter out of the odd conversation. He swore he could feel her watching him (possibly his ass) as he was dragged out of her sight.

Hunter spoke once he knew they were out of earshot of Brooke. "Yo man you just rescued me from one of the oddest conversations of my life."

Mike laughed, "Completely unintentional my dude, I actually stole you cause I need some help myself." They laughed together as they went back to the mixed drink stand.

Still standing where they left her, Brooke licked her lips. She knew who her target would be tonight.
