You look at your chest, your shaved pelvis, and your penis, shrunk by the cold of the hospital.
You listen to a voice whispering in your ear "Please listen, I don't know you, but you are in big trouble, I installed a secret speaker on your ear when you are sedated. These people are crazy, I can guide you to escape, don't try something stupid"

You observe the rest of the room

The voice guides you. "Check the evacuation diagram on the left wall. It will help you"

A strict-looking nurse enters the room. She has a tranquilizer gun and looks at you.
"We have protocols for a reason, and your well-being is at stake. You'll stay until we're certain it's safe for you to go." she says, and the other nurse nods in agreement.
The gentle nurse, noticing your fear, gently reaches for a small cup containing a pink pill.
"I know this is hard for you" she smiles "But if you accept the treatment, I promise that it will be easier. This pill is designed to relax you and aid in the process."
She extends the cup towards you "I've seen it help so many others, you are a strong man, it's important that you trust me."
She waits, giving you the space to decide.
