Chapter 12 by Zeebop Zeebop

What Is The Problem?

I'm On Assignment

Lois Lane sighed.

"Four women have gone missing at this club. I'm working on a piece—I need to find them. I don't have time to get laid right this minute."

Ella Lane surveyed her daughter critically. She did not look convinced.

"Besides, look around mom," Lois leaned forward, her voice pitched barely above a whisper. "Do you see many dicks here? It's a total clam shack."

The old woman—or, the reporter supposed, the ghost of the older woman—theatrically glanced about. It was all women, many of them having discarded their shirts due to the heat, so that there was no doubt as to their femininity. It was difficult to look in any direction without seeing a pair of bare breasts.

"I suppose," Ella said in that tone that managed to mingle acceptance with disappointment. "So if you find these women, you'll get busy getting me a grandchild?"

Lois closed her eyes, a sudden pain forming behind her eyes. "Yes, mom. I'll throw myself at any hard dick if that'll make you happy. But I really need to finish this first. There could be lives at stake."

Ella gave a little sigh of disappointment.

"All right. Well, there's nothing else for it." Lois opened her eyes, briefly relieved that her mother was making sense at last. Then her heart fell. "So, where do we start?"

"We? Mom, I can't have you hanging around—"

"Non-negotiable, sweetheart. Until you get a baby in your belly, I'm tied to you. So, Miss Daily Planet's Greatest Reporter. What do we do now?"

Inwardly, Lois groaned. She was going to have to finish this assignment while being haunted by her mother.

What Is Lois Lane's Next Move?
