You let go of your sword and move out of the way, letting the creature take the full impact of the collapsing tree, which comes down brutally hard, kicking up dust and dirt to cloud your view. Coughing and waving your way out of the mess, you turn back, collapsing onto your butt to take a breather, thanking your lucky stars and plot armor that you're still alive.

You victory is woefully short lived, however, as the tree budges, prompting you to watch it as it rises up off the ground. You sigh, standing up and getting ready to fight what you can only assume is some magical tree creature. You are mistaken. The tree collapses again, the creature from before standing unsteadily, whatever you did, it certainly hurt it!

The creature braces itself on the tree, it's armor crumbling away bit by bit until it's entirely uncovered, revealing the creature to be a strange tangled up mess of vines, roots and other plants, you even spot a few flowers growing naturally off of it.. it'd be pretty, if it were less terrifying. The creature finally stands up fully, it's body opening in the center to reveal your sword, along with a LOT of strong looking vines, all of which dart out and spring towards you!
