Hypno-ray

Natsu made his wish.

A small ray gun appeared in his hands. Towards the bottom of the gun was a grip and trigger, and on the bottom of the grip was a dial with the letters B, T, and R written on them for "Blank", "Trigger", and "Reprogram".

It was a hypno-ray, and the buttons each had their own functions. Blank will empty the target's mind and make them completely and unwittingly obedient. The trigger function will keep them blank for ten seconds. During this period Natsu must supply a trigger and corresponding action. If he failed to do so, the target will wake thinking nothing is amiss. The reprogram trigger will make the target blank as well. However during this blankness Natsu can change anything about this person's personality. From large to small things. Saying the word "revert" will remove these changes. The word "wake" will bring targets out of their trance. Targets will have no memory of being shot by the hypno gun, nor will they remember Natsu even having it.

With his new hypno-ray in hand, Natsu headed off.
