Hypno Gun

Cardin made a wish.

A small ray gun appeared in his hands. Towards the bottom of the gun was a grip and trigger, and on the bottom of the grip was a dial with the letters B, T, and R written on them for "Blank", "Trigger", and "Reprogram".

It was a hypno-ray, and the buttons each had their own functions. Blank will empty the target's mind and make them completely and unwittingly obedient. The trigger function will keep them blank for ten seconds. During this period, Cardin must supply a trigger and corresponding action. If he fails to do so, the target will wake, thinking nothing is amiss. The reprogram trigger will make the target blank as well. However, during this blankness, Cardin can change anything about this person's personality. From large to small things. Saying the word "revert" will remove these changes. The word "wake" will bring targets out of their trance. Targets will have no memory of being shot by the hypno gun, nor will they remember Cardin even having it.

Cardin smiled.

Suddenly he doesn't feel like staying away from trouble.

He's going to have some fun.
