How could you say no?

Your mind is stumbling to make sense of it all, but the picture is already clear before you can put all the puzzle pieces together. You can't possibly say no to them. Which means all that's left to do is accept their offer. You look back at Becky, whose expression only seems to get more bitter and furious as the seconds tick by. You open your mouth, and she raises an eyebrow in response.

"I don't know how I could possibly say no to that." you say, finally producing the response they were looking for. Becky immediately turns away from you, clearly not wanting you to see the effect of your words. Charlotte isn't so difficult about it however, cheering and beaming with happiness as tears stream down her face.
