The words had barely left Paula's mouth when a bright glow suddenly emanated from Jed's pocket. Perhaps it was triggered because Paula herself held Jed's coin's twin, or perhaps she was simply standing close enough to him when she made her remark. Regardless of the reason, the coin began to glow and reality shifted, with only the two souls standing there being any the wiser to how it had been altered. Where before there had stood a man in a rather traditional work uniform, now stood a woman. Not just any woman either: with an hourglass figure, large breasts, and a combination of clothes and body language that screamed domesticity, this woman was the platonic ideal of the classic housewife. The woman retained the brown hair they had as a man, but it was now much longer and styled in a way that framed his pretty face perfectly. Jed suddenly looked down at his changed body, shocked by what had happened. "Oh dear," were the first words to come to his head and leave his mouth.

Meanwhile, Paula looked on, shocked. She had just transformed her husband...into her wife. New memories started appearing in her head, of how the old, skinny Paula and Jen had met in college and soon become girlfriends, then life partners, than married. It wasn't long before they'd decided, what with how stressed Jen often got having to work, that Paula would carry that responsibility while she took care of the household chores and worked on more creative endeavors. Once all that information had settled in her mind, Paula was conflicted. Part of her wanted to try and reverse this, to get Jed back. But the other part of her thought this was fucking perfect. Now, Paula could have someone clean up all her messes so she wouldn't have to do any chores herself, and since Jed didn't seem to care for her bigger, crasser self, why should she exactly mourn the guy? But Paula knew that was the coin talking...and was struggling with whether that would effect her decision.
