Homura Crimson Squad

Initially the original villains of the story being part of the rival school Hebijo, after a date with an eldritch dragon called Orochi, they had to defect and go rogue since they broke a pact of some kind. Nowadays they're basically regular mercenaries fighting not only for their lives, but also for money. They may get at each other's throats on occasion but they're arguably the most closely-knit group of friends in the series.
