What change occurs in the timeline
Homer is the boss of the Nuclear Plant
As soon as he went back, he found himself in an alien world. And by alien world it means a really strange house. And by strange house I mean, ugh, ok. He was in a mansion. But not any mansion. Those white walls were easily recognizable as Montgomery Burn's manor. Those long stairs that Smithers climbed up and down as soon as his Master wanted something from the upper floor. Those statues that were stolen from every country possible.
But there was a notable difference. In the center of the manor was a gigantic portrait of Burns. One with him galloping away with an old and decrepit horse. But now, it was a picture of Homer, trying (and failing) to show himself as a respectable leader. And it was at that time that he realized that he was wearing a blue three piece suit. One that was tailor made for his girth.
