"Honey I am exhausted." she said letting out an overdramatic sigh. "Can we do something tomorrow instead? This week has just be crazy." Jonathan's reaction was a bit worse than she had expected. He really loved Star Wars and probably had fantasied about roleplaying with her at some point in their relationship.

"That's fine babe." he said with a tone of frustration "I understand."

"Sorry honey its just homecoming week." she put her hand on his shoulder to console him "You know how crazy it is each year."

"Yeah" he said disappointedly before moving slowly to the couch to play on his phone.
