Home Sweet Slum

The slums stank of piss and sex and ass and bad food and booze and unshowered residents. Nothing grew here in Sector 7. There was only decay.

The ragtag group of ecoterrorists celebrated their victory, but the citizens didn't agree. All they had was the power bounty offered by Shinra. The prospect of losing that stirred fear.

"You made it," Tifa said, and Cloud realized she was talking to him. "Don't see fresh flowers down here." She was looking at the flower on his shirt. He could make this a chivalrous gesture.
