Hold On, Men Can Be Virgins Too

This is a slight tweak on the original premise. Take everything on the previous chapter and remove the gender limit. Girls, guy, non-binaries, whatever. If you haven't had penis-in-vagina sex, then you're legally a virgin and beholden to the MC's whims.

I couldn't believe the news when they announced that the government was going to legally restrict every virgin's sexual rights to one random asshole. I was a technically a virgin myself, so the last thing I wanted was to let some stranger control what I could and couldn't do with my own body.

I was even more surprised, however, when they held the lottery and my name came up! The very next morning, I received a package from the city: a pamphlet the size of a phonebook explaining all the legal technicalities of my new position, a small PDA with the names and addresses of every virgin in town, and a shiny gold badge.

I pinned the badge to my shirt and started scrolling through the list.
