Hit the showers

Finally, after 40 reps, Janice helped Lauren to her feet. She stood on literally shaking legs. Her thighs burned so bad she had to rub them rather than cover herself like she wanted. She was dripping sweat (shamefully, her panties were becoming sheer from the moisture!). She looked up at Janice, frazzled, humiliated and exhausted.

"Good!" Janice encouraged. "That was a great workout! Now, let's hit the showers and clean up!"

"I...I'll change at home." Lauren gasped, looking for her gym bag. Where had she put it? And where had her pants and Spanx ended up? Before she could look, Janice wrapped a beefy arm over Lauren and started pulling her along towards the locker room.

"Nonsense, you need a shower." Janice explained. "You can get a rash in those sweaty clothes! Trust me, you'll feel great!"

While Lauren struggled to catch her breath and stammer out an objection, Janice led her to the locker room...
