As the high number lands, the cabbie blinks, "Oh wait, guy pay already, you good." I smile, hearing his words.
"Are you sure?" I say as I open the door and step out.
"Yes. You good, have a nice day." The nods as I grab my things.
"You too, sir." I say as I turn. I hear the taxi drive off as I look over my house. The seemingly innocent abode betrayed the horrors that doubtlessly awaited me inside. I shuddered at the thought. Three bratty, annoying girls. I shake my head before walking up to and kicking the door, my hands full with the food. After a few moments, Emma opens the door.
"Oh, Mike, there you are." Emma bounces out of my way as I enter and make my way to the kitchen. "Where have you been? You were out for a while." I roll my eyes and gesture to the box as I set it on the counter.
"I got us some dinner. Where is everyone?" I ask as Emma grabs a bag of food.
"Mom and Dad went out a while ago, Aurora and Sam are up in my room."
"Well, tell your friends that dinner is here and on me." I wave her off as I pull out a few plates and glasses from the cabinets. Emma heads upstairs as I fix my plate. As I do so it occurs to me that it might have grown cold on the way here. I contemplate rolling the die, but remember how things went south when I rolled a low number. 'Hmm, if I roll low, it might even spoil the food. Better not risk it.' As I finish making my plate, I hear the girls descending the stairs. Well, I hear two of them at any rate. Aurora's never been one to make a lot of noise.
"Oh, wow, he really did get us dinner." The surprise in Sam's voice is slightly offending, but I ignore it.
"I told you." Emma replies as she starts making a plate. Her two friends follow suit. Once the four of us have our plates full we take a seat at the table.
"Oh, this is so good!" Sam exclaims after taking a couple bites. Emma, mouth full, nods her head in agreement. I give a 'Mm-hmm' as I take a drink. I then look over to Aurora, who seems even more silent than usual.
"What about you, Aurora? Do you like it?" She almost seems to jump at the sound of my voice.
"O-oh, yeah. It's great! Or... it's good, fine really... It's... ah..." She grows quiet and takes another bite. I just shake my head and turn my attention back to my meal, but catch Emma and Sam sharing a look as I do so.
"What are you two smirking about?" I lean towards the two. They smile as Sam responds.
"Oh, nothing, Mikey. Just an inside joke between us, don't worry about it." I can tell by the look on her face that asking any more questions would be more trouble than it's worth, so I shake my head and drop it. By the look on Aurora's face, she's glad I did.
"Well, if you're in that good a mood, you and Emma can take care of the dishes then." I shoot back before taking another bite.
"What?! You're gunna make me do dishes at my party? That's so unfair!" Emma pouts.
"Yeah! I'm a guest here! Why do I have to do dishes?!" Sam complains in the face of chores.
"Well, Aurora's a guest too, yet the two of you had no trouble upsetting her, and I went out and got the food, so it seems fair to me that cleanup is left to the two of you troublemakers." I say before mopping up the last of my dinner. The two girls grumble as they take the empty plates and head over to the sink. Aurora quickly stands and joins her friends in the kitchen. I take the opportunity to look the girls over while their attention is elsewhere.
My eyes roam over Sam. At 5'11" she's the tallest of the trio. At first glace, from behind, one could say she's slim, but they'd be wrong. On closer look, they'd realize that her frame is actually rather muscular, it's just that it's a lean muscle, often hidden by the way she dresses. Her lean physique is betrayed by her chest, however. Her breasts are the largest of the groups, easily C-cups.
Emma might be my stepsister, but I'd be a blackened-tongued liar if I said, to myself at least, that she wasn't attractive. At 5'07" she's just above average height. Her breasts catch my attention, jiggling as she scrubs at the current plate she washes. B-cups and perky, they'd been the fantasy of a few guilty late-night jerk off sessions, though her greatest feature, in terms of sex appeal for the standard man, would be her wide hips and large ass. It's the reason that I tend to let her go up the stairs before me.
The last of the trio is Mackenzie "Aurora" Smith. Emma's oldest friend, going back years, yet even after all this time I've never really been able to figure her out. At times she seems friendly and approachable, other times she's cold and distant. The smallest of the girls, in every way, she stands at 5'4. Her small chest and tight, often leather-clad, bubble butt has always interested me. Her blonde hair, shaved close to her head on one side and dyed blue at the tips, seems to shimmer. As I look, a thought runs through my head, 'I wonder what it'd feel like to run my hands through her hair...' No doubt, the punkish pixie my sister calls her friend intrigues me.
As if she feels my eyes on her, Aurora looks back at me. Instinctively, I turn away, but slowly I turn to look back at her. She's still looking my way and, seeing my gaze return to her, gives me a slow, soft smile. I feel my heart skip a beat at her smile, then return to a normal rhythm when she turns away to answer a question.
Before she gets the chance to look my way again, I make my way downstairs to the basement/my room.
"Ugh, get yourself together, man. The fuck was that about?" I feel like a fool. Is some light fantasizing and a little eye contact really enough to get me hard and have me retreating to my room? 'Apparently, yes. What am I, four?' Embarrassed, I sit at my desk and boot up my gaming computer. As I load up my game, my mind starts to wander. 'Still, why'd she have to look at me like that? She hardly brings herself to look at me most of the time, but when she does it's with a smile that warm? What gives? Ugh, it's going to be a long weekend, isn't it?' As I ruminate in my thoughts, I hear the girls, well, Emma and Sam, chatting as they head upstairs to Emma's room, then I hear Emma start to complain.
"Aurora, seriously? Are you sure?" I strain, but Aurora's voice is too quiet for me to hear what she says in response. "Well, do you need help looking for it? Fine, but try to be quick about it, our show's about to start." I strain as it grows silent again. I'm concentrating so deeply that I jump when there's a knock on the door to my room.
"Uh... Yeah, it's open." A moment later Aurora is standing in my room, her fair skin a deepening hue of red. "Ah, it's you... Um... Can I... help you?" Seeing the slight girl standing so nervously in my room has me somewhat on edge. Suddenly she darts forward and wraps her arms around my waist. I'm tall enough that I can easily look at the top of her head during her hug.
"Thank you... for, uh... dinner..." Her faint voice makes it's way into my ears, and I can't help the smile that crosses my face. She lets out a gentle 'Eep' as my arms wrap around her.
"My pleasure. I hope you liked it." Slowly, I begin to rub my hand in a circular motion on her back. She softly begins to, well, it's really a mix between a sigh and a purr, but either way, it's adorable.
"I told them I had to find my bracelet, so I can't stay long or they'll get suspicious, but..." My eyebrow raises as she pauses and her face grows a deeper red, then slowly, she lifts my hand to her face and kisses the pointer, middle, and ring fingers' pads before lifting them to my own lips. "I'll... try to see if I can get away from them later. For... for a longer time..."
"Aurora..." I start to whisper, but before I can say more, she darts out of my room and I lose her footsteps quickly in her retreat.
'Holy shit. Did that just happen?' I sit down on my chair as I replay the scene over in my head. 'She's... going to try to come back later... That was real, right?' Suddenly, my hand is holding the D20. 'She might try, but I can make sure she's successful... Do I...' The risks are high. If I roll low, it would certainly mean trouble...
Slowly, my hand tilts, the die falls, rolls, and a number faces upwards.
What number do I see?
