His phone goes off

Dylan opened his eyes to see his phone vibrating on his bedside table. The time on his home screen showed 3:30 PM. He was gonna be late for his date if he didn't leave right now!

Dylan leaped out of bed and threw on some clothes. His date was at 4:00 PM and he didn't have enough time to shower. He rushed downstairs and grabbed his keys and wallet.

Max was sitting on the couch watching TV when Dylan came downstairs. "I'll be back soon, don't touch anything!" he yelled at Max as he grabbed an energy drink from the fridge and guzzled about half the can. Max gave no reply, but instead glanced back to the TV as Dylan walked out the door to head for his date.
