Himiko Toga (Corruption Path)

The twisted soul that is Himiko Toga is laying down in an abandoned building, letting her legs dangle off the edge where a wall has been destroyed. She's currently waiting for a word from any of her teammates on what to do next as they're off on a mission without her. She sighs and sits up, staring over the nearby buildings from the 3rd story of this hunk of concrete and rubble.

Suddenly a ding on her phone draws her attention. She immediately grabs it and checks for any notification from her team, but instead is met with a notification from an app she doesn't recognize.

"What is this?" She asks herself as she enters the app.

Several minutes later Toga finishes reading the instructions with a confused look on her face. "This looks stupid..."

She goes to put her phone back in her pocket but stops herself when she sees someone jogging past her down below. She is going to be here for a while anyway, might as well try to have fun. "Hey! You!" She yells down below.

The Jogger slows down and stops before looking up at the villain. "Ye-yeah?"

"Come up here for a minute would ya?" Toga asks, unsure of how this thing is even supposed to work.

The jogger waits a few seconds before answering, this concern obvious in her voice. "I'd... rather not. That thing looks like it's about to collapse, and sorry if this is a bit rude. But I'm a bit wary about someone just calling for me like you are."

Toga frowns, this whole thing is stupid, and now shes annoyed at the fact this stranger isn't playing along. Time to try the app. "Well... You're jogging for exercise right? Jogging up here would definitely give you more of a workout than on the flat street."

She keeps her frown, staring down at the citizen waiting for a response. Toga's prepared for the person to just walk away, but is surprised when they turn toward the entrance. "Fine, I'll be up in a sec!" She says before jogging inside.

"What the hell...?" Toga asks herself as she looks down at her phone. She could practically smell the fear on that girl a second ago, but now it's like she was talking to a friend. Was this think legit? How? Was it someone's quirk in action?

"Okay, I'm here, what'd you want? I need to get back soon." She hears the voice of the jogger behind her. Toga turns around and faces the woman.

She needs to be SURE this thing works and that this wasn't just a fluke. Quickly looking around at the woman, Toga finds a point of conversation to start from. Her eyes immediately lock onto the sweat drenching the girl. "You look hot, why don't you take your shirt off to cool down?" It was simple, but if this thing works the way it was described then this should work.

"Yeah actually I am... Thanks for the idea." The woman says before stripping her top off. leaving only her bra covering her chest. "Well, I gotta get back to my route." The woman says with a stretch as she turns around and heads down and out of the building.

Toga just sits there with wide eyes. "This... is actually real?" Thoughts are bouncing around her head as she thinks of what to do with this newfound power, most of them don't bode well with superhuman society as a whole...

With a new bounce to her step and an unsettling grin on her face she quickly flees the building in search for her new mission.
