High stakes game

You can't say you're surprised to see casino security approaching since you weren't very discreet about cheating at the blackjack table. In your haste to test out your new ring, you hadn't thought about the consequences of winning without any effort.

"Sir," the man leading security addresses you, "Please come with me." The name tag on his suit says his name is "Alphonse."

"What seems to be the matter?" you ask, feigning innocence.

Alphonse smiles. "There's no matter, sir. We've just noticed that you've had a hot hand and since this table is empty, we want to extend you an invite to our high stakes poker table."

"Oh," you say, surprised that you're being rewarded for cheating. You guess the effect of the luck ring goes beyond the immediate consequences. No wonder Bruno got to become the man he is. "Sure, I'd like that. Thank you." You gather your chips and follow Alphonse, and you realize the security guards are there to escort you safely to a large luxurious back room where there's just 1 poker table with a dedicated dealer, a solemn middle-aged man in a vest. From the looks of the 5 other people in the room, you can just tell that everyone's pretty rich or a good gambler.

Alphonse shows you to an empty spot on the table, before a female bartender, whose only job seems to be tending bar in this exclusive room, brings you a glass of champagne. "On the house. All the drinks are. Just give me a wave if you need anything, sir," the bartender says. She's quite cute, with short dark hair and a tomboyish figure that fits well into the casino uniform of shirt, vest, and pants. You thank her for the drink, and turn your attention to the table while Alphonse and the security guards leave the room.
