"Let's move!" James said and practically dove into a secluded portion of nearby grove.

A data analyst and tennis enthusiast, James was an athletic light-skinned black man whom Lauren often compared to a young Adrian Peterson. He had meet Lauren through a dating site. Though their first date had been rocky due to their differing political views and sports teams, they had compatible humors and personality. They also had an intense physical attraction to each other over their two years of dating.

Or at least usually do, Lauren thought.

"Cookie, are you sure? Won't it be better to go seeking help than hide and call from trees like we're Robin Hood's Merry Men?" she challenged with a skeptical tone.

The irritated medical student used the time her significant other took in responding to her to bring her long, blonde hair in front of her shoulders. She sighed with annoyance that it failed to reach over her shapely bust. Years of winter sports like skiing, skating, and snowboarding had also given her well-toned legs and an Olympian's butt. Lauren was proud of her fitness and beauty, but prouder of her academic achievement and future as a physician and wife.

"Cheesecake, please think about this. I am a black man in Florida who would be standing next to a beautiful naked blonde by the side of the road. I could be strange fruit it minutes," James countered and gestured for her to come to him.

Lauren snorted. "I'm glad your thinking about protecting your naked girlfriend. I hate how you treat my state as hundreds of miles of 'Deliverance,'" she answered and walked a few steps to a foothill to look farther down the road.

James stood up and brought a hand to his mouth. He then **** a few deep breaths. "Angel. We can agree this is not the best place to fight, right?"

Lauren conceded a nod to her lover.

"Now, I feel the best way to protect you--and honestly, with those Taekwondo classes you took, you protect me--is for us to stay out of direct sight and explain what happens to the person we chose. Someone will see the rental with the broken windows and investigate. Until then, we can wait, and maybe look for fresh water and shelter," James asserted.

Lauren's hazel eyes widened and her thick hot pink lips opened in response. "Fresh water and shelter! You think we're living "Naked and Afraid" now?

James shook his head. "How did I fall in love with such a crazy woman? No. We'll get help soon enough. But we might as well be comfortable until that happens."

Lauren nodded and joined her boyfriend. They walked awhile from the road but with their car well in sight and yelling distance. Lauren while walking, she admired James. He may have seemed craven at first, but he was reacting out of his dangerous experiences with racial animus. He also trusts me to support him if there were conflict. Also, his ass looks great in this early morning sunlight, she concluded.

"You do still think Florida is nothing but rednecks, coke dealers, and bad voters, though" she said when they stopped.

James turned to his girlfriend. He never thought of himself as having an outdoor fetish or kink, but even with her needling, she looked an order of magnitude sexier than usual. James tried not think about her abilities or beauty as he looked around, "And were just carjacked at gunpoint and **** to strip naked. How many times did that happen to us in New Jersey?"

Lauren smiled James' semi-arousal. She posed against a tree to tease her man some.

"Fair enough. Let's agree both our states have room to improve."

James nodded while trying to not look like a Tex Avery wolf. "Deal. FFUUU!" he exclaimed in a sudden.

Lauren startled. "What is it?! A snake!"

"No! I left something crucial in the car," he said, his fists clenched as tight as Lauren's body.

"What is it?" she repeated.

"I... never mind, Cheesecake," he said while looking down in defeat.

She looked at him. He seemed more shaken now then when they were robbed.

"Well, do you want to get it?"

James sighed.
