Hermione says she's been researching and she thinks she found a loophole

Hermione remained silent for a few moments before she looked up at Harry.

"Actually Harry, I've been looking into it and I think I came across something," said Hermione.

"You did? Oh I knew if anyone could help, you would!" said Harry happily.

"Thanks. Wel to start, your name coming out of the Goblet of Fire is basically the same as a binding magical contract, right?" asked Hermione.

"That's what I understand, yes," replied Harry.

"Then, my suggestion would involve another magically binding contract. The eeffects of it would in part, literally make you unable to participate in the tasks."

"How would another contract make me unable to do the tasks?"
