Unable to focus on searching through books properly now, Hermione turned with a huff and stalked towards the boys, ready to tell them off for bothering her. Of course, the only problem was that she had no idea what to say. Hermione hadn't had a ton of problems talking to boys before, but at that time she hadn't been this icon of sexual attraction, and the way they were looking at her complicated all of that. They clearly looked interested as she approached, making her blush. "Excuse moi, I was hoping I could find time to study in the library without distraction," she told them, trying to make it clear that she wasn't happy about this.

The tall boys, many of them quite handsome, looked at each other before one in particular faced her, smiling at Hermione while keeping his eyes fixed on her curves. "How exactly are we distracting you, Madame Granger? Are we so handsome you couldn't take your eyes off of us?" Hermione's blush intensified, but before she could rebut his claim he continued talking. "Me and my friends here just like appreciating beauty when we see it. If you're interested, we'd love to spend more time together, all of us, maybe in the fourth floor bathroom?" Before she could respond, they walked away, leaving her to realize what that offer actually meant.
