Her roommate has them

Steph was about to whip the washer door open when she saw a note tied to the front labeled "To the Naked Girl".

Groaning, she took the envelope off the washer door and saw through the window that there was nothing in it. She opened the note and read it with great timidity.

"I've seen you. We've all seen you! I've been recording you for the past couple hours, and noticed that my laundry needed to be done. So, I did my laundry, and decided to incorporate your laundry as well. All your clothes are clean, dry, and mingled with my clothes, so I guess you could say they're my clothes now. Don't bother asking for them back - you won't need them anymore, anyway!

Steph was both humiliated and fuming from this theft. She quickly dashed back to the house, and instead of taking a right to her room took a left to Katie's room, whose door was closed, and was just about to knock on it.
